Flick and I are considering doing hypnosis as a pain management technique. She read some articles on some of the medical literature databases that showed an effect on decreasing labour times and pain.

Leslie Chandler of Birth Spirit was suggested to us by our midwives, as she runs her classes at our clinic. Unfortunately, all her available classes were full.
Flick came across Shawn Gallagher, a woman who teaches Hypnosis For Birth classes called ChildBirthJoy. We've decided to sign up with Shawn and our first class will be Fri Mar 4. Total cost: $372.90.
