We started our day with an outing to the
Cape Cod Potato Chip factory for a tour of the facility and free samples. The tour was short, sweet (OK, crunchy) and informative. The kids liked the salty snacks.
Our friends left to go back to Boston, so our little family headed over to Hyannis to walk along Main St. Gabe was a little bit afraid of the carousel, but really enjoyed this fire hydrant.
It rained in the afternoon, so post-nap we spent a good hour wandering
around an Old Navy. It was dry and full of bright colours. Gabe enjoyed
the mannequins (unfortunately he had also enjoyed the puddles on the way
in so was pantless most of the evening).
We ended the day with some
delicious sea food at
Osterville Fish Too, sitting outside underneath a tent while it rained. Gabe devoured a lobster roll, some clam chowder and half my fish!
