Third Birthday Celebration, the First

Months before the new baby was born, Dr. S and I were planning Gabe's third birthday. We decided that to reduce the amount of planning and organization needed, we wanted to have a hosted party where someone else would take care of almost everything. But on his actual birthday, we decided to bring cupcakes to his daycare class, and take him out early to do something fun. The chocolate cupcakes were a hit, but it was absolute chaos in the room. I have no idea how the teachers manage to wrangle so many kids during snack time. At 15:30, we took Gabe to a new indoor playground called Kids Fun Town: It was very similar to lil' bean n' green and Bizzy Bee Playcentre. Some highlights included a giant bouncy castle and throne chair, as well as a massive ballpit. For dinner, we ate pineapple pizza, one of Gabe's favourites!
