I've come across the following solutions so far:
Manu. | Model | Res | Mic | Night | Wireless | App | Cost |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
Y-cam | Y-cam Knight S | 640x480 | Yes | 30 IR LEDs, 12-15m range | Ethernet, 802.11g | Yes (Android and iOS) | $229 US at Amazon.com |
ImogenStudio | The Bambino | 640x480 | Yes | 9 IR LEDs | Proprietary wireless using USB dongle, Windows only | Yes (Android and iOS) by subscription | $89 at Amazon.com |
ImogenStudio | The Kerby | 640x480 | No | Yes | 802.11g | Yes (Android and iOS) by subscription | $89 at Amazon.com |
Foscam | FI8918W | 640x480 | Yes | 11 IR LEDs, 8m range | 802.11g | 3rd party iOS and Android | $86.68 US at Amazon.com |
I like what I've been reading about Foscam's customer support and responsive to user suggestions. However, a big drawback of the Foscam camera is that it only streams audio in WMA. A reply from their customer service on 2011-03-06 said they were working on supporting non-Windows platforms soon, but this is the same message they have given since October 2010.

Just found WiFi Baby 3G. Looks like Y-cam is marketing one of their cameras as a baby monitor.
