More point-form notes from our second session, an all-day workshop on Saturday:
- Visualization and hypnosis exercises, meant to help us enter trance more quickly. We imagined being in our dream kitchen, with a bowl of lemons, slicing them, tasting them.
- Talked about learning styles: Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Olfactory, Gustatory
- Break for lunch
- Distraction techniques (do another activity)
- Focus on pain management techniques
- Numbing hypnosis with partners stroking wrist, and touching shoulder.
