Our Little Peanut

We've discovered that our little guy really enjoys being in a sling. If he's fussy at night, he'll fall asleep in the sling and we can put it and him right into the bassinet. This trick has really helped us put him to bed in the wee hours of the night.

A midwife paid us a visit today to check on Mommy and little Gabriel. Flick's incision is slowly healing, but we had some concerns which Jess addressed. We have to air it out more regularly with a cool hairdryer and change the gauze pads more often. As for Gabe, he has gained two ounces in the last two days, a little below average, so our midwife encouraged us to feed him more often, rather than waiting for his cues.
